Over the weekend I had a very productive and creative time with the influence of my much motivated sister, Julie.  We sat together on the couch with our knitting and she helped me to rectify a repeated mystake in a red beret I was knitting, while I continued with a scarf for our brother.  We also painted birds on her last day before she left for Canberra.

Julie also got me onto a fabulous knitting site called Ravelry, of which she also enrolled me as a member.  You can look it up on Google.  I am downloading pictures for this post and on Ravelry......my first attempt on my own.....I am not very good at these operations...bare with me.
